Original concept
Following appraisal of the brief we work on the creation of a bespoke interior design concept to suit the individual requirements of the client
Spacial planning
Working from the outset of the project to create practical, aesthetic spaces which work for the end use of the building, we take the effort out of furniture selections and devise the best use of space, determining the correct sizes and placement for all of your furniture and ensuring access and delivery are covered. Space planning is paramount to assist in good lighting design, an important component of the interior design process
Plans, elevations and 3D visuals
Plans and elevations are worked up as part of the design and concept process. Contractors on the project can reference these following sign off by the client. 3D visuals can also be prepared to assist the client during the design process
Finishes specification
A full specification of confirmed finishes is prepared for use by the contractors and for client records. Room data sheets can also be prepared for the contractors on site, providing information about the hard design components of the project
Architect/Client liaison
We are very often asked to provide additional internal detailing and work with the architect / contractor to consider design details selectively. These proposals can evolve as the project progresses and contribute to the development process of the interior design
Lighting design and specification by partner
We work on the initial lighting concept then briefing the lighting designer in order to develop the designs to full potential. Lighting plans and specification are drawn up for use by contractors on site
Kitchen design
We work on all our kitchen designs and layouts as part of the initial concept before briefing the kitchen design specialists. We use a favored design house who offer beautiful aesthetics style, quality and engineering
Bathroom design
We produce the initial concepts and layouts before passing these to a bathroom specialist who assists with the intricacies of the bathroom layout, providing a full specification for contractors and client
Fabric and colour schemes
With over 13 years experience working within the industry, we have an extensive knowledge of fabrics suitable for all tastes and project requirements. Colour is what we do best, devising creative and exciting new schemes for each new project
Specification bespoke soft furnishings / window treatments
We work closely with our maker to ensure the very best interpretation of soft furnishings which should be practical, beautiful, and sit comfortably within the style of the property. Bespoke does as it says on the tin…
Specification bespoke joinery/furniture/upholstery design
We specify any required joinery and work alongside the client and the maker for the duration of the project, carefully selecting finishes which combine to produce a balanced interior
Specification architectural leather design
A beautiful and luxurious way of adapting the interior design, we have worked with our partner successfully on projects in the past creating stunning and long lasting effects with this glamorous material
Bespoke rug design
We have collaborated with a renowned international supplier since 2006. They have produced over 25 hand made rugs for de hasse creating beautiful, unique pieces that will last for generations. Each rug is individually coloured up by us specially for the project and sizes vary between 2.75m to over 6m long. Yarns are wool and silk. We have recently produced our own design for a current project in wool and silk which has been eagerly awaited as pieces go through many processes and can take up to 12 weeks to be made
Floor and wall treatments
We like to come up with interesting and exciting finishes to compliment our interior design. We also like the unexpected, and work to create surprises which can be found throughout any project.

This is sourced from some of our renowned suppliers from the UK and countries such as Italy.
Bespoke light commissions – lighting sculpture and chandeliers
We have experience in designing bespoke lighting using makers to help us achieve our design objectives
Art - Broking by partner and direct contact with some artists
We have relationships with several galleries and are proud to have been able to work with art from Rembrandt to Banksy, and Robert Heindel to Eve Arnold who photographed Marylin Monroe
Antiques
We source antique pieces for our projects and have many contacts in this area. We worked on the design for the VIP and Press room for the International Art and Antiques Fair at Olympia in June 2009. Our little black book is full of interesting, national and international contacts and specialists.
